Role Overview
Mihira Visual Labs is developing a next-generation Theatre Experience Platform that blends immersive visuals, interactive storytelling, and real-time control. We’re looking for an Unreal Engine Developer to join the core product development team. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing interactive, high-performance systems for our product using Unreal Engine.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement real-time features using the Unreal Engine C++ API, along with blueprints where applicable
Design and build responsive, performant UI systems using the Slate system in UE
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative directors, interaction designers, and technicians to ensure robust and engaging product experiences
Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Qualifications & Skills
Strong experience with Unreal Engine (C++)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field. (Equivalent practical experience will also be considered)
Proficient with Slate for UI/UX development
Solid understanding of real-time performance optimization
Experience developing interactive or control-based applications
Nice to Have:
Experience with Sequencer workflows and timeline-based animations
Familiarity with Cine Camera Actors and cinematic tools in UE
Knowledge of Live Link and Remote Control API for real-time device integration
Exposure to Virtual Production pipelines and tools
Python scripting experience within the Unreal Engine Editor
